Course Overview. 

The Diploma in Business Administration Program (BAM) is a ONE-year and 2 months program,  with a flexible study modes — and that is Distance Learning to allow students to either further their  education while maintaining current employment. 

The demand for professionals with business and entrepreneurship skills is on the rise in African  countries. Therefore, through this diploma, you will develop knowledge and an understanding in a  variety of areas that are critical for success in business and management. It helps prepare you for a  range of careers in the private and public sectors including business management, accounting,  finance, law, human resource management and development, international business, quality  management and entrepreneurship and marketing. 

Career Path 

This program is mainly targeting secondary school leavers and certificate level holders, who seek  either a higher level qualification in order the enhance their employment prospects, or who need a  strong foundation qualification in business and management to prepare them for University studies in  the business and management programmes. 

Entry Requirements 

∙ The Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) with at least 1 principal pass and 2  subsidiary passes obtained at the same sitting or its equivalent. 

∙ The Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) with at least 5 credits obtained at the same  sitting.
